It is important that you do not make any mistakes on this SSL application form. If you make a critical mistake and your SSL application is approved with incorrect information, you may have to re-apply and pay a new fee for a brand new certificate. In addition, these application fees are non-refundable in cases where you decide to abandon your SSL certificate after 5 weeks.

In addition to these requirements, you must assemble and provide documentation to prove your SSL authority. An SSL certificate can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks or more depending on the length of time it takes you to provide this documentation to the certificating authorities.

Generally all Internet Trust vendors will require all merchants to provide the following items:

• The Registrant listed in the InterNIC/WHOIS records for the domain name in question.
• The Organization appearing in your "Proof of Organization" documents or DUNS number.
• The Organization entered into the CSR (Certificate Signing Request, Provided by ComCity).
