Design Process
Initials
Our proposal for your project initially always involves some level
of a what we call the Scope Document. The Scope Document is our tool
to guide the design/programming team for the look and feel of the
site and to help approximate the cost of your project. It gives you
an overview of the major steps we will need to complete your project
and the approximate "raw" time and cost of each step. It also
provides all the necessary information that is essential to creating
a cohesive and effective website.
The Scope Document is a tool to guide the development team, which
you are a part of, for the look and feel of your site. It also
provides all the necessary information that is essential to creating
a cohesive and effective web site. In a simple project, the Scope
Document may be only one step. ComCity provides up to 15 minutes
free to scope a small to medium-sized project.
Milestones
The project will be broken down into five milestones or phases. Each
milestone is designed to collectively ensure that we have both
achieved the desired end result for your design. The milestones are
designed for effective time management of the project. You will be
requested to review each milestone, and you may be requested to
sign-off on a particular milestone to ensure that both parties are
in an agreement. We want our customers to feel comfortable and
satisfied as we build the overall concept of their site.
