Personally Identifiable Information: At certain pages of our
Sites, you may be able to order products or services, register
products to obtain our technical support and
participate in one of our online forums or communities. These types
of personally identifiable information that may be collected at
these pages include: name, address, e-mail address, telephone
number, credit card information, order id number and information
about your interests in and use of various products, programs, and
services.
Non-personally Identifiable Information: We also may collect
certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit our

Netscape, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are

yourself to fulfill your requests for our products and services,
such as to provide you with technical support, and to respond to
your inquiries about our offerings. We also use this information

products and services, or to assist you with questions you may
have about an order you have placed for our products or services.
From time to time, we may use the Personally Identifiable
Information that we collect to offer you other products or
services that we believe may be of interest to you. We do not
share or sell Personally Identifiable Information with any third parties
unless we tell you otherwise when we collect the information.
We may also disclose Personally Identifiable Information when we
are required to do so in response to legal process or when we
believe in good faith that the law requires it, for example, in
response to a court order, subpoena, or a law enforcement
agency’s request.
We use the Non-personally Identifiable Information that we collect
to improve the design and content of our Sites and to enable us to
personalize your Internet experience. We may use this information
in the aggregate to analyze site usage, as well as to offer you

Agents and contractors of ComCity and its divisions
who have access to Personally Identifiable Information are
required to protect this information in a manner that is
consistent with this Privacy Policy by, for example, not using the
information for any purpose other than to carry out the services
they are performing for us.
Our Sites may contain links to other sites whose information
practices may be different from ours. You should consult the other
sites' privacy notices, as we have no control over information
that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
Security Protection Policy
From time to time, as a customer of ComCity, we understand you may
have
confidential and business critical information stored on our Web
servers
including business logic, business plans, customer credit card
information,
customer addresses and other business confidential information.
ComCity
will treat this information as secure and private and use it only
as with
regards to troubleshooting or resolving issues with regard to your
account.
We will not in any way intentionally divulge this information to
any other person. We agree to keep this information
confidential and private. We will also work with you to keep
this information secure including using our firewall technologies,
use double-blind passwords on your website content, or support
encryption technologies that you may need to maintain the security
of this information. We also support ISAPI security login
technologies that add an additional level of password protection
to your content over and above NTFS for those who desire
it.
In any case where you believe security has some how been
intentionally compromised, it is best to address us confidentially
first before taking any other action so that we may work with you
behind the scenes in cooperation with law enforcement to trap
perpetrates before they realize they are being watched.
Password Protection and Privacy Policy
If you have lost or misplaced password information provided to
you necessary to access your account, our employees and agents
are not permitted to provide this information to you verbally
based on a simple phone call. In addition, In many cases,
this information may even be encrypted to the point that they
cannot see this information. In most cases, you may change
your password information by logging into your control panel.
Our support individuals can resend the "setup email" sent to
you originally when you established your hosting account;
however, this email can only be emailed to the email address of
last record you have specified and maintained within the control
panel. If this is changed, we cannot simply email your
password information to a new email address based solely on a
verbal request by phone to do so. There is no way for us
to authenticate a phone call from the supposed owner of a
business. This policy is in effect to maintain the
security and privacy of your password. If only a phone
call were necessary to our technical support staff to modify or
obtain your password information, your password would be of
little value at all.
If you have lost or misplaced your password, and the email
address within the control panel is not valid for recovery of
this password, you must complete a password change request form
on company letterhead and fax the form to our office. This
